USW announces tuition prices
Even though costs in Higher Education have steadily risen over the past several years, University of the Southwest has maintained its tuition prices without an increase since 2012. Today the University announced that the tuition level will increase modestly.
Tuition for undergraduate students who study on the campus will increase $12 per hour. Housing and food costs for on-campus living on campus will not increase. Consequently, the overall cost to full-time students who live on-campus will increase by less than 2%.
Graduate tuition will increase by $36 per hour. Undergraduate students who take all courses through the USW online program will experience no tuition increase.
“I’m very pleased that USW is able to provide high quality, values based, education in a Christ-centered academic environment at an affordable price. Through careful and frugal management, we are able to keep tuition increases to a minimum,” USW’s president, Dr. Gary Dill, stated.
