The Office of Institutional Effectiveness at the University of the Southwest is committed to serving students, stakeholders, and the general public in a variety of capacities to ensure accountability, transparency, and success.  

The responsibilities of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness:

  1. Collect institutional data related to academic and non-academic areas

  2. Analyze institutional data to determine future planning and action

  3. Provide support and training to faculty and staff related to program/departmental assessment

  4. Promote continuous institutional improvement through the examination of research-based strategies and ongoing collaboration between the institution and its constituents
