G0vernment Grants

Government grants are financial aid awards provided by government entities, typically at the federal or state level, to help students cover the costs of attending college or other postsecondary educational institutions. These awards do not need to be repaid, making them a valuable form of assistance for students and their families. Government grants can be need-based, merit-based, or tied to specific career paths, and they aim to make higher education more accessible and affordable for a wide range of students.

USW determines grant eligibility based on information provided on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
